Carb Max Boost Energy Gel combines 40 g of fast-release carbohydrates, intended to replenish muscle glycogen during long-duration or high-intensity races. It also contains 100 mg of caffeine for an additional energy boost.

During prolonged exercise at an intensity above 60% of VO2 max, carbohydrates are essential for energy production, and after the first hour, depletion of muscle glycogen (the main energy source for exercise) begins. Therefore, carbohydrate intake during exercise can delay fatigue by approximately 45 minutes.
Carb Max Energy Gel contains 40 g of fast-release carbohydrates, intended to replenish muscle glycogen during long-duration or high-intensity races. It also contains 100 mg of caffeine for an additional energy boost. It combines four types of carbohydrates: maltodextrin (several glucose molecules), glucose, fructose, and cyclodextrins, a combination that makes these sugars rapidly available for use.

Directions for use:
Consume 1 to 2 gels per hour of endurance exercise; it is essential to drink at least 250 ml of water for each gel consumed.
