The impact of high-intensity exercise on the knee joints can cause localized pain and stiffness, which are signs of an inflammatory condition. Some studies suggest that high-impact exercise can activate some of the same physiological processes that occur in arthritic diseases. On the other hand, in certain conditions involving autoimmune processes, the body attacks the joint collagen itself because it identifies it as a foreign protein, thereby degrading the joints.
UC-II® Complex GoldNutrition® is a formula specially designed to promote the replacement of joint collagen, thereby restoring the integrity and mobility of the joints. The UC-II® Collagen formula is an exclusive formula containing undenatured type II collagen derived from chicken cartilage, which has shown positive effects on cartilage recovery at a dosage of 40 mg per day.
Type II collagen, or undenatured collagen, is the main component found in cartilage. Supplementation with this type of collagen helps the body restore joint collagen and, through a process of immune system desensitization to stop this attack, regain the integrity and mobility of the joints.
This formula has also been enriched with essential vitamins and minerals for cartilage protection and formation.
UC-II Complex is the ideal supplement for:
- Improving joint comfort.

Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule per day with water before bedtime. This product can be taken safely on an ongoing basis for periods of 4 to 6 months, with the minimum recommended duration being 4 months and the maximum duration being 24 months.
Warning: Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
