Long Lasting Energy Gel GoldNutrition® combines three types of carbohydrates with different absorption rates—maltodextrin, isomaltulose and fructose—to ensure stable blood glucose levels and prevent hypoglycaemia resulting from the depletion of endogenous carbohydrates. It has been proven that including different types of sugar can increase the absorption of this vital nutrient during exercise and also prevent gastrointestinal disorders. This consequently contributes to better mental state and improved athletic performance. These benefits result from the use of different transporters to enter the bloodstream, maximising their absorption and utilisation.
Directions for use
- Consume 1 gel per hour of endurance exercise;
- It is essential to drink at least 250 ml of water for each Extreme Fluid Gel GoldNutrition®
