Directions for use
- 1 gel 5 minutes before exercise
- 1 gel every 45 minutes during exercise
- Stay continuously hydrated with your preferred hydration drink or water for optimal absorption
Contains caffeine (20 mg/sachet), not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
