Directions for use
- Mix 60 g (3 scoops) of powder into 400 to 800 ml of water or milk. Shake well.
- Consume immediately after exercise
- You can also consume an additional 400–800 ml before going to bed
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, whey protein isolate 30% (milk), fructose, natural flavours, emulsifier (soya lecithin).

Publié le 09/08/2020 à 14:58.J'ai déja tester pas mal de goûts chez High5 et sincèrement ce shake banane vanille ne me séduit pas du tout, quand on ouvre le pot on sent effectivement la banane mais je ne retrouve pas l'arome de la banane et un goût agréable lors de la consommation. Voilà donc pourquoi ma note est de 4 sinon j'aurais pu mettre un 5 étoile sans problèmes car le produit en lui même est vraiment d'une excellente qualité au niveau récup et assimilation! Je n'ai encore jamais eu un effet de récup aussi bénéfique qu'avec ce recovery de chez High5 vraiment je recommande mais avec un autre goût.
