Made from whey protein isolate, it contains 20 g of protein to help maintain and grow muscles, and 20 g of carbohydrates to help muscles recover after exercise. Each easy-to-mix serving of recovery drink contains 240 mg of sodium, 90 mg of potassium, 57 mg of magnesium, 82 mg of chloride and 120 mg of calcium.
As well as being gentle on the stomach, Recovery Drink also contains vitamin C to support the immune system, along with zinc, iron, vitamin D and essential B vitamins.

Directions for use
Mix the powder (50g) into 400ml of water or milk and shake well. Use less liquid if you prefer a thicker texture. You can also use milk alternatives such as coconut, soya or oat milk.
Consume one serving of recovery drink after exercise. For best results, consume it within 20 minutes of finishing your exercise. You can also have one or two further servings later in the day or before going to bed.

Publié le 01/04/2021 à 10:11.Le top du top en recovery, que ce soit après une course où entrainement, la dose indiqué mélangé avec de l'eau dans la demi heure qui suit et tu sens directement sont apport énergétique pendant ta récup! De plus un très bon goût et une digestion facile!

Publié le 04/06/2020 à 23:53.Prise avec de l'eau (500 ml) 3 scoop comme écrit sur la boîte et vraiment après 130km boucler en 3h59 les jambes et l'organisme avaient besoin de récup. Du coup j'ai pris le recovery high5 et après + - 20 minutes j'ai déjà ressenti un gain de forme et c'est pourquoi je recommande ce produit.

La gamme Protein Recovery de High5 est efficace en après course/entrainement, et permet d'optimiser la récupération post-effort, en apportant une quantité intéressante de protéines et de glucides. J'en prend systématiquement dans mon sac pour me faire une préparation directement après une course. Le gout Berry est particulièrement agréable, pas trop sucré. La boisson est vraiment agréable à boire. Le pot est relativement cher du à la présence de protéine, mais cela en vaut le coup. Concernant Nutri-Bay, rien à dire sur le temps de préparation de la commande, de l'envoi. Les prix sont intéressants et le choix est important. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le message personnalisé dans le carton.
