Which High5 gel should you choose: Energy Gel or Aqua Gel? Both types of gel serve the same purpose. However, Aqua Gel has a lighter consistency, somewhere between liquid and gel. Energy Gel is slightly thicker in consistency, but is less bulky and lighter in weight, making it easier to carry larger quantities.
Usage instructions
One gel per hour during exercise, accompanied by a drink.

Rapidité d'absorption et ressenti dans les 5-10 minutes pour ma part. La variante avec la caféine est top aussi pour une fin de parcours. Franchement j'ai jamais eu un tel plaisir au niveau du goût c'est vraiment proche d'un fruit réel plutot que certains gels qui eux sont vraiment chimique et mauvais en bouche.
