Directions for use
- Tear the top off the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet.
- During exercise, take up to three sachets per hour, fewer if you are also using a sports drink.
When exercising, it is important to stay hydrated. We therefore recommend using this product with ZERO.
Maximum per day: 13.
With caffeine (75mg/100g), not recommended for children and pregnant women.
