Which High5 gel should you choose: Energy Gel or Energy Gel Aqua? Both types of gel serve the same purpose. However, Energy Gel Aqua has a lighter consistency, somewhere between liquid and gel. Energy Gel is slightly thicker in consistency, but is less bulky and lighter in weight, making it easier to carry larger quantities.

Usage instructions

• Tear off the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet.
• During exercise, take up to three sachets per hour, fewer if you are also using a sports drink.

When exercising, it is important to stay hydrated. We therefore recommend using this product with High5 ZERO tablets.

Ingredients

Glucose syrup, water, maltodextrin, fruit juice concentrate (cranberry 1%, raspberry 1%), acidity regulators (sodium citrate, citric acid), sodium chloride, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), natural flavours.
