Directions for use

Mix the contents of the powder (50 g) into 400 ml of water or milk and shake well. Use less liquid if you prefer a thicker texture. You can also use milk alternatives such as coconut, soy or oat milk.

Consume one serving of recovery drink after exercise. For best results, consume it within 20 minutes of finishing exercise. You can also have one or two more servings later in the day or before going to bed.
