REPAIR Complete Recovery is a post-workout recovery drink blend specifically formulated to replenish muscle glycogen and help maintain muscle mass after high-intensity or endurance activity.
A lightly flavored blend of natural proteins, carbohydrates and amino acids to provide the perfect post-workout blend and support the process of maintaining muscle mass.

Carbohydrates to replenish glycogen
Formulated with four carbohydrates—maltodextrin, glucose, sucrose and fructose—to allow your body to process carbohydrates up to 30% more efficiently than with a single carbohydrate source. It also enables the immediate and sustained release of glucose into the muscles to help fully replenish muscle glycogen stores and prepare for the next training session.
Directions for use:
Mix one serving of REPAIR with 600ml of water or milk. Consume within 30 to 60 minutes after activity for optimal results.
