An all-in-one soap that can be used for your hair and body, as well as for laundry or washing dishes.

The hiker’s soap is a superfat soap with fresh, woody notes that moisturizes the skin. It is made with natural, vegan ingredients and produced using the cold saponification method.

It contains lemon, making it antiseptic and antibacterial. Atlas cedar and green clay help regulate sebum production in oily skin and hair.

As part of a zero-waste approach, the hiker’s soap packaging is minimalist and made from recycled and recyclable cardboard.

Who is LÎDJEU

Lîdjeu is a Liège-based artisanal soap maker that has been producing natural soaps since 2015. 

Lîdjeu’s values are simple: to offer a soap that is good for the skin while also paying particular attention to the environment and the local economy.

In collaboration with local partners, Lîdjeu makes entirely natural, vegan soaps using the cold saponification method in order to preserve all the benefits of the ingredients used.

In short, a soap that is:

1. Good for your skin: 0% grime: no artificial colorants or synthetic fragrances, no parabens, phthalates, sulfates, phenoxyethanol, or other barbaric names and endocrine disruptors.
2. Good for the environment: zero waste, with minimalist packaging made from recycled and recyclable cardboard. A soap made without palm oil. And without avocado oil (the devastating effects of intensive cultivation are now well known). It also supports environmental NGOs by donating part of our revenue (in 2018, 5% of our revenue was donated to WWF and Greenpeace).
3. Good for the local economy: artisanal and locally made soaps, with priority given to local partners.
