Instructions for use

Preparation

1. Fill the Gel Mix Flask with 200 ml of water.
2. Add your Maurten Addition (optional), then shake.
3. Then pour in one sachet of Gel Mix 480.
4. Close the flask and shake vigorously until completely dissolved.
5. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
6. Consume directly from the flask during exercise.

The prepared mixture can be stored for up to 72 hours in the refrigerator in an airtight flask.
