Energy Gel (37g) - Salted Caramel
By far the most indulgent gel in the range. Its sweet-and-salty taste is appealing during long efforts.
Finally, a truly resealable gel for consumption in several servings. Flip-top cap for one-handed use, convenient when cycling, with no risk of losing it in nature. The packaging is washable and reusable with Mulebar eco-refills.
Brown rice syrup, with its high glycemic index (95), provides the immediate energy sought in a gel.
Agave syrup provides natural fructose and, with its low glycemic index (15), allows for slower energy release.
Himalayan salt crystals provide electrolytes that improve hydration and numerous trace elements. They also help reduce the risk of cramps.
Directions for use
Consume as is or diluted in water at a ratio of one gel per 500 ml of water DURING exercise.

Publié le 12/09/2022 à 22:31.Gel difficile à ouvrir dans l'intensité du sport et difficile de manger toute la quantité disponible; beaucoup de déchet plastique pour peu de matière .... à la limite le contenant est réutilisable, c'est son seul "avantage". Pour le goût le gel est très très sucré.
