ENERGY FRUIT is very low in fat, protein and fibre and is therefore a carbohydrate-rich, easy-to-digest fruit bar. Thanks to its soft texture, this compact energy source is very easy to chew, even in cold weather. The ENERGY FRUIT bar is therefore an excellent option for alternating with GELS. One fruit bar contains 26 g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 ratio of glucose to fructose.
Directions for use:
Take 1 to 2 fruit bars per hour of exercise, depending on the duration and intensity of the exercise and on the combination with other bars, gels or energy drinks. However, the need for simultaneous hydration, salt supplementation and the prevention of gastric or intestinal problems should also be taken into account. In addition, personal preferences (for example, solid or liquid energy, taste preferences) are also important. It is therefore necessary to take an integrated approach to using sports drinks, gels and energy bars before, during and after exercise.
Ingredients:
50% fruit pulp, sugar, glucose, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, salt, natural flavours.
