Usage tips:
We recommend taking one Daily Shot every day. The Pre-activity Shot should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before training or competition, and for longer sessions, you can take another one even during the session. A Recovery Shot should be taken after the activity

Water, sucrose, acidity regulator: ascorbic acid, calcium lactate, magnesium salts of citric acid, natural ginger flavoring, gelling agents: acacia gum, xanthan gum; dry olive extract (Oleae europea L., leaf), preservative: potassium sorbate; Siberian ginseng extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus rupr. et maxim., root), Acerola (Malpighia glabra L., fruit) dry extract standardized to 17% vitamin C, nicotinamide (Vitamin B3/PP), iron bisglycinate, dexpanthenol (vitamin B5), sodium riboflavin 5' phosphate (Vitamin B2), emulsifying agent: Polysorbate 20; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3).
