Directions for use:

• Consume 1/3 to 1/2 of GATOSPORT BIO with water, tea, or coffee, in small amounts.

Oven preparation:

Pour the contents of the GATOSPORT BIO box into a bowl, add 250 ml of water, mix everything together, then pour the mixture into a 25 cm diameter dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at thermostat setting 6/7 (180/200°C).

GATOSPORT BIO can be prepared up to 3 days before use and stored wrapped in cling film; unused portions may be frozen after cooking (never refreeze a thawed product).

Microwave preparation:
Pour the contents of the GATOSPORT BIO box into a bowl, add 300 ml of water, mix everything together, then pour the mixture into a 25 cm diameter dish. Cook at 850/1000 watts for approximately 8–9 minutes.

To keep it moist, the cake should be prepared on the day it is consumed.
