Directions for use:

Drink HYDRIXIR BIO from the start of your exercise. Do not wait until you are thirsty to take your first sip, as dehydration can quickly set in.

Drink 1 to 2 mouthfuls of HYDRIXIR BIO every 10 minutes.

Dosage:

• For a 600 ml bottle: 54 g of powder, or approximately 3 scoops
• For an 800 ml bottle: 72 g of powder, or approximately 3.5 scoops
