To successfully complete your intense training or competition, you need to load your energy levels before starting and replenish them during exertion, with up to 90 g of carbohydrates per hour depending on the intensity and duration.

Directions for use
- 1–4 bars/day.
- As recommended, consume 1 bar with a drink during the hour preceding exercise and/or during exercise at regular intervals.
