Directions for use:
PH500:
Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water and drink until thirst is quenched in case of sweating.
PH1000:
Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water and drink until thirst is quenched in case of sweating.
PH1500:
Before intense, sweaty activity
- Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water and drink the day before important events and training sessions.
- Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water and drink approximately 90 minutes before the start of important events and training sessions. Try to finish your drink at least 45 minutes before starting to allow your body to absorb the liquid properly.
During intense, sweaty activity (if recommended in your personalised hydration plan)
Dissolve the tablet in 500 ml of water and drink until thirst is quenched.
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is a food supplement. Do not use it as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
