Directions for use: 

PF 300 Flow Gel allows you to easily transfer 300 g of fuel into a single bottle or flask. This is equivalent to 10 PF 30 gels, or just over 3 PF 90 gels.

It was developed to flow more freely than our standard gel, so there is no need to add water. Simply transfer it into your bottle and sip it to reach your targets.

Flow Gel works best with a Flow Bottle or Flow Flask. Use the graduated scale on the side to easily track how much fuel you consume. We tested hundreds of bottles and flasks to find the one that offers the best flow rate.

Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of young children.
