The SANTA MADRE development team worked on this bar for more than a year to develop a unique product, following the characteristics of the RATIO 1:1, which the brand itself introduced in its line in 2022. This RATIO refers to how the intestinal gates providing access to the bloodstream function, triggering the joint action of both gates, improving absorption and reducing digestive problems. 

A bar designed to be consumed in moments, thanks to its ease of chewing and assimilation, which was the main problem to solve—a bar that can be consumed at medium-to-high intensity. 

Formulated for maximum digestive and metabolic efficiency, challenging the state of the art in manufacturing, which until now had set these limits, we have developed a unique bar for the body, giving it the tools to absorb more than 100 g of carbohydrates per hour.
