The Squeezy Rechargeable Energy Gel combines a refill (500 ml) and reusable dispensers (125 ml / 150 ml) to offer an economical and ecological alternative to disposable gel sachets. This solution ensures clean consumption, without sticky fingers, while retaining exactly the same formulation as the gels in sachets.

Thanks to a complex blend of high-quality carbohydrates, energy is delivered in a progressive and reliable manner, with excellent gastric tolerance. The refillable system allows you to refill the dispensers as often as necessary, reducing waste and usage costs.

Important: the 500 ml Refiller, the 125 ml PET bottle, and the 150 ml Softflask are sold separately.

Recommended use

Requirements vary depending on the individual, terrain, and intensity (GA1 / GA2).

Energy Gel

• 60 to 90 ml per hour

• ≈ 43 to 65 g of carbohydrates / hour

• After ~30 ml of gel, drink 150 to 200 ml of water

Energy Gel + Caffeine

• 60 to 90 ml per hour

• ≈ 49 to 73 g of carbohydrates / hour

• After ~30 ml, drink 150 to 200 ml of water

In hot weather or at high intensity, increase hydration to compensate for sweating.
