Usage instructions

Drink before you feel thirsty – For endurance exercise lasting more than 60 minutes, it is important to replace fluids, electrolytes, and calories if you want to avoid the effects of dehydration and fatigue.

• Mix one 25 g sachet with 500 ml of cold water and shake well. Consume within 24 hours. Easy.
• 500 ml 1–2 hours before prolonged or intense exercise
• 150–200 ml immediately before starting
• 500–750 ml per hour during prolonged exercise
• 500 ml within 20 minutes of finishing exercise

Attivo Energy Drink: Contains caffeine.  Do not exceed 5 sachets per day. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women (75 mg of caffeine per 25 g sachet)
