Care guide:
- Hand wash only before first use
- Hand wash in hot, soapy water and dry thoroughly
- Do not microwave
- Do not put in the dishwasher
Instructions for use:
- To fill, unscrew the lid and leave the mixing ball inside
- Fill to the 300 ml mark with cold water or your choice of chilled milk
- Add the contents of your Recovery Super-Shake sachet
- Replace the lid and screw it on firmly (make sure the drinking spout is securely closed)
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds... until thoroughly mixed
- Enjoy your Super-Shake!
- Add ice cubes for a refreshing shake.
- Refrigerate if you are not consuming immediately. Consume within 24 hours of preparation.
