Energy Gel Aqua is a refreshing gel with a consistency more similar to a sports drink. Therefore, unlike many other gels, it is not necessary to drink additional water. This makes it a good option for beginners trying gels for the first time. Easy to open and swallow, each sachet provides 23 g of carbohydrate energy.

Which HIGH5 gel should you choose: Energy Gel or Energy Gel Aqua?
There is no right or wrong answer: they both do the same job; it is simply a matter of personal preference. Energy Gel Aqua has a lighter consistency, somewhere between a drink and a gel. Energy Gel is less bulky and lighter, making it easier to carry in large quantities.
Directions for use
Tear open the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet
During exercise, take up to three sachets per hour, fewer if you are also using a sports drink.

Publié le 06/02/2022 à 11:11.Très bon produit. Le goût c est subjectif mais personnellement je prends ce produit car le goût n est pas trop fort et écurant comme certain. J aime aussi quil soit fort liquide car sur une course courte je peux prendre que ça et ça hydrate en même temps.

Publié le 02/07/2020 à 22:38.J'ai utilisé ce gel lors de ma dernière sortie de longue durée (230 km) et je l'ai trouvé efficace, quand même un cran en-dessous des gels "Maurten". Ceci dit il fait parfaitement l'affaire, possède un bon goût au contraire des Maurten (fades et sans saveur) et est facilement assimilable et digérable.
