If you prefer a less bulky gel and have access to water, Energy Gel is your option.
Directions for use
- Tear open the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet.
- During exercise, take up to three sachets per hour, fewer if you are also using a sports drink.
When exercising, it is important to stay hydrated. We recommend using this product with Zero
Maximum per day: 13.
With caffeine (45mg/100g), not recommended for children or pregnant women.
