Hydrascore organizes its range into three stages. Before starting, its pre-exercise drink is hypotonic and combines carbohydrates, electrolytes, and L-arginine. During exercise, N°9 provides carbohydrates, electrolytes, vitamins, and BCAA. Afterward, its recovery drinks combine protein and carbohydrates.
According to the brand, one serving of N°9 provides 35 g of carbohydrates from three sources (maltodextrin, fructose, sucrose), 1,000 mg of BCAA, 840 mg of electrolytes, and six vitamins. One serving dissolves in about 500 ml of water . Hydrascore recommends drinking 500 ml to 1 litre of the drink per hour, in small sips.
Hydrascore states that its products are developed and manufactured in accordance with the NF EN 17444 standard, the European standard governing doping prevention in sports nutrition products.
