Designed for sports use, Energy Bar has been used for long-distance triathlons, enduro mountain bike races, multi-day endurance events, sportive cycling races, hiking, trekking at the poles, transpacific rowing crossings and swimming competitions. It is also very good as part of a carbohydrate-based diet (carbo-loading).
Usage instructions
One bar per hour during exertion
Colissimo / Mondial Relay: for orders placed before 12:00 p.m., dispatch the same day (except Mondial Relay on Mondays — no transportation)
GLS home delivery: for orders placed before 12:00 p.m., dispatch the same day

Publié le 19/06/2020 à 15:14.Barre très nourissante et l'emballage ultra simple à déballer pas comme d'autres ou on doit arracher avec les dents haha... Personnellement je trouve le goût juste top! Quand je mange cela pendant une sortie longue je prends 1 barre touts les 45 min et ça fait le job !!
